Happy with the final product, but buyers should be aware that new hardware and minor assembly work may be required to assemble and install the shelf. First, there are no pre-marked or pre-drilled holes in the shelves. Two of us needed the floor to hold the pieces in place and mark where each shelf should be attached. Then assembly. I had to use plastic anchors, but after hanging the shelf I found that the screws were too small for the anchors. I could literally pull the shelf out of the wall leaving the anchors behind. Second, the plastic anchors are flimsy and don't lend themselves well to attaching a towel rail. After a trip to the local True Value store to buy new screws (bathroom grade stainless steel with matching black heads) and stronger anchors to match my new screws, I hung the shelf and now it can't be pulled out of the wall will. I think the makers of this shelf really need to rethink the hardware they contain. At this price I expected a higher quality.
