So I just opened this. I'm a groomer of 6 years and this is my first at home dryer. So firstly, understand this isn't a $300 pet dryer of course it won't have the same power as a velocity dryer you would find at a high end salon. But from the testing it'll get the job done. It's not super loud, which is a plus. Two prong plug, also plus. Favorite color, check. It has on and off switches for the air and heat, and an speed adjustable knob. It'll do fine for thick curly coats, but don't expect to dry them as fast as a salon would. It's compact and so cute perfect for going from house to house and my favorite part about it it the hose. It's not super long and inconvenient so it won't get in the way, which is always a problem I have in salons. The three nozzles are great and a free poodle comb. Very good for the money
