I love this thing so much! I have type 1b long hair and it's great for sleeping. I'm sick of the buns slipping out. or braids that make my hair frizzy in the morning. It keeps my hair from choking me in my sleep and I wake up with silky smooth strands and very small curls. It's convenient too.
