This product has a terrible design and has not been tested. I've slipped a standard sized paper napkin in my pocket to no avail. The inside of the pouch is made out of a rough material, not something smooth. The rough surface hugs the paper towel and prevents it from being stuffed properly. I stuffed a pack of paper napkins into the bag and tried to pull one out without success. Instead, the Kleenex tore because the material stuck to it like glue. Perhaps the only way this will work is if you buy their brand of fabric. I have not tried it because the product failed due to claims that we can use our own wipes like Kleenex. Avoid this product at all costs until the bugs are fixed. If they had used a smooth material in and around the rim of the pouch where the tissue comes out, this product most likely would have worked. That's why Kleenex uses plastic and smooth cardboard for handkerchief dispensing. Common sense, right? Trust me the high ratings for this product are lies. I know that Revain is trying to protect its rating system from tampering. I hope they succeed.
