I have used it conscientiously and followed the instructions. I could tell something was working because it hurt with every 'hit'. But despite the perfect combination of skin and hair for this type of treatment and regular use, I could not see any noticeable results after about 3 months of use. And then suddenly it stopped working: the screen on which you see the remaining number of pulses went out of action, and you could hear the fan without pulse processing. I was able to return it with a 10% discount on restocking fees thanks to Revain's excellent customer service.
