It would be nice if unused, it is listed as new.
Looks great, everything installed correctly and loaded normally. I bought this laptop for my father who will be using it for work after his back surgery. The laptop is a good size but the reason I only gave it 2 stars is because the top of the laptop looks like it is a used model? I have never purchased a tech item that was scratched and listed as new. Very disappointed and cannot return as it took me almost a week to get to me and he needs it for work. Next time I'll look elsewhere for a laptop.
