REVIEW UPDATE 06/03/2015 - A year later I have to downgrade my rating by one notch. I burned out a quarter of the lightbulbs. I figured I would fade less since I only wear them a few nights a week, 3-4 hours a night. The main reason I downgraded my rating is that after a year you can clearly see the color has faded and my cobalt blue bulbs are mostly blue/white. I would be happier if the paint used for the bulb was of higher quality and more durable. Too bad I have to replace them to get the right blue again. You can clearly see side by side which bulb is new/unused and which has been connected for some time. Very nice blue light set at a reasonable price. Everything has arrived safely, nothing is broken and does not shed cold cobalt color. I love that I don't have to throw away my perfectly usable lamp set because a few bulbs broke. That was the answer I was looking for.
