I should have taken other reviewers' comments into account. So if you are reading this, BEWARE! The gloves are TOO TIGHT! Order at least 2 sizes larger than normal. Whoever makes these gloves should understand that US military or veterans HAVE HUMAN SIZED HANDS! We are a more cordial stock. We are your main customer looking for this product. We want and love this glove because we know layering is the secret to keeping you warm in inclement weather. And these are the outer layer gloves. These gloves are thick. Tight gloves cause blood flow to be restricted. Reduced blood flow causes hands to get cold more quickly. It's probably obvious, but squeezing the liner glove between your hand and those leather "flutes" aggravates the constriction. The fingers and the "body" of the glove require more material. A thicker skin wouldn't hurt, by the way. Just waiting for the hole to be erased - probably because the hand is stretching it so much!
