First of all I have a little fairy tale shop, I like to "tinker" with metal. I needed to cut some 1" square tubing for my welding carriage project. I had the extra money to buy a large saw so that was the ticket. Because the instructions aren't very good but a good mechanical mind figured it out. I did 5-4 1/2" hand grinder so I used one for that and put in a 5" diamond blade for the metal. Once the blade is square with a stop etc it makes perfect straight cuts which is good enough for me .I noticed that it has a slight flex when pushed too hard.More or less just let the blade do its job.Forcing the blade into a sharp bend.and used red Loctite so the vibration is lost. Square Cuts Every time I cut the biggest is a 3 inch exhaust pipe, that's fine, you have to rotate the pipe a bit as it won't cut all the way.
