Ordered through Revain. The installation instructions were easy to understand. Installed as a home build. Due to its unique design, it took some work. Pros: Clean and simple design. Ease of installation. The instructions are simple and easy to follow. Due to the location of my plumbing and exhaust pipes, I had to opt for a wood-based installation. Cons: 1. Drain pipe design: It is a glued connection as opposed to a drain pump where you have a threaded connection. It's ok, it's just that you'll have extra work to do if you attach it the wrong way around.2. Drain Pipe Location: Since the fresh water inlet and outlet are in a straight line, there is no room for the drain pump drain line to line up properly. The problem is that it eliminates the need for your existing sump pump cover. Sump Pump Cover: Since the sump pump cover is obsolete, I had to make a custom cover, which took about a couple of days of extra work for me, depending on my choice of cover materials. Do not leave it open as it can be dangerous.4. The length of the water pipe and the float is not adjustable: due to the wooden installation, the height of the water inlet into the pan is not adjustable, as is the float. In my current application, the height of the water inlet and float switch is much higher than necessary. I wish I could fit the sump inlet at least 6 inches more into the hole, but couldn't. Update 7/21/2019 Related to point 4 above. The only time my specimen blew was because the float was so high that a lot of water pooled under my basement floor and caused water stains on my concrete. As it dried my concrete floor started to crack. The inability to adjust the height of the float and the intake of water from the pan is a big problem. I hope they design around it.
