I bought 2 sets of each size of towel.I gave these a wash before first use andthis is what happened:1. After washing them on gentle/cold loose threads formed in EVERY bath towel2. I had to empty the lint trap in my dryer 3 times during the cool dry cycle3. I think the blue check pattern is a little "bolder” / darker in-person, which I really like. Though I think of this as more of a "casual” shirt, it has more of a soft / slick "dress shirt” feel to it. It’s made of 55% cotton and 45% polyester. Perfect for waking/ hiking. Thin, soft material. My husband loves it. For me with a smaller face, there needs to be a special way to build it in position. Once you get that good angle to hold it in, it stays. It is breathable.
