I think the blue check pattern is a little "bolder” / darker in-person, which I really like. Though I think of this as more of a "casual” shirt, it has more of a soft / slick "dress shirt” feel to it. It’s made of 55% cotton and 45% polyester. Ironing is not required, if you remove from the dryer promptly. It has one pocket, on the left side, and the lines match-up perfectly. This shirt has a button-down collar. It is Made in Vietnam and the overall quality looks fine.
