Much less than expected. Crumpled up in the delivery carton.
Definitely not the same as pictured. There doesn't seem to be much stuffing in the head, but I might be able to fix it myself. Much smaller than it looked, and definitely not as "full" as the picture. He's prettier in real life, I hope he looks better when I add more padding. ETA: Added some polyfill to the little guy and he looks way better. So keep in mind that if you get one like the one in the first picture, you can (and will) fill it with fiberfill found at craft stores. It took 30 minutes to fill but it was worth it.
