I checked this before and gave it 2 stars because it no longer works. I was contacted by the support team when I was out of town. When I came back I tried again and it worked the same as before before it stopped working. Since it works now, I am correcting my rating. If it doesn't work again, I'll let you know. This is an expensive product and I don't think expecting it to work properly is unreasonable. I use it in my zoom business for important legal matters and it should work fine. It's hard enough to hold a meeting without worrying about the headset. I have to say the support is great.
