I love this product! I researched several different closet organizers and was lucky that I settled on this one. In terms of strength/thickness, there is a rigid insert in the sleeve at the bottom of each shelf/drawer (that's enough for me). Two baskets have compartments ideal for socks and bras. The boxes can be placed anywhere. There are also 8 mesh pockets on the sides (4 on each side) for light items. This is a really good organizational part. I personally use it to store socks, bras, underwear, robes, hair ties, headscarves, glasses, blankets, robes, pajamas, etc. I still have a lot of space left. I'm not even joking. Very happy with this product! *Note: When I received this, at first I thought I was missing a hook (there are 3 hooks). When he contacted the seller, he immediately replied that he was ready to solve the problem. Luckily I found the missing hook.
