The best part of working with bizka is that they are always willing to help you out when ever needed! They have been very helpful in our projects from start-to finish - even after we've signed off everything has gone smoothly so far!! We haven't run into any problems yet but I'm sure there will be eventually as it's an online platform like anything else (like all platforms). It would definitely give us peace if mind knowing someone was looking over every step along way making certain things were done correctly or not before going live.
