Like many others who have written reviews, I used to have a pair of Plantronics and loved them! But when I wore them out and needed to upgrade to the latest model, I didn't hesitate. I honestly didn't read the reviews because the originals were so good. How different can they be? You are terrible! I fully charged it three times - twice overnight and the third time in 24 hours - and the battery was "high" when I started exercising. For 15 minutes a voice told me the battery was low. And within 45 minutes a voice told me to reload. The original product had a small indicator that turned red when charged and blue when fully charged. There is no light to indicate when the new ones have been charged. The original would tell you how many hours you have left in the battery every time you turn it on. The new ones simply speak a high, medium, or low voice in a recorded voice that you sometimes don't even hear while playing music. I love the design and the comfort of the headphones! I wish I could still find the originals and just order them again. I contacted Revain and they worked with me to fix the battery issue, but the manufacturer recommended that Revain offer me a refund. And that's despite the fact that I threw away the packaging and put on the headphones several times during the workout. They still refund my money 100%. I am very disappointed in the product. I'll look around for another brand.
