Type of review

My previous BackBeat Fits were ok, but they definitely left something to be desired in terms of dynamic range. But they stayed in my ears and were loud enough to hear wind noise while pedaling at 15 mph. They weren't loud enough to hear anything through my Schwinn Airdyne's fan, so they were useless for watching TV during a workout. Well they just dumped it one day and although they tried to recover they were dead. So I bought them. Right at the start when they turned on the power the lady…

Bad name Plantronics

I bought these to replace an old wired model with a background bit and I would go for a direct replacement but they don't make them anymore. As others have said the new ones feel bulkier in the ears and there is a slight hiss all the time. It's not a disaster, the hissing really is barely noticeable unless the music is turned off in a quiet room. Let's get down to business. Battery life: not as advertised. Probably around 1/2 of the 7 hours it says on the box. Battery Gauge: Additionally, it…

Weak charging and bad sound quality

This is my 4th pair of backbeats, due to poor memory or indiscipline - the choice is yours. A. But what I hate about my last two sets, the dainty red and black earbuds, it's IRON quality. , pop, ballads, crooners, Benny Goodman, etc.). I really don't like these, but apparently Plantronics is changing their standards to "Sucks". I bought as many as I could before I was forced to switch to "no collar at all". try to end on a decent note, my first two backbeats were absolutely PERFECT. I wish I…

Useful for about 20-25 minutes playback

Very dissatisfied with these new headphones. I used the 2016 BackBeat Fits for years before finally losing them in a move. running, playing sports, occasional listening; The 2016 version covered everything and seemed to last as long as I needed. However, these updated earbuds barely last more than 45 minutes on a charge. They connect well in the Backbeat Companion app for a little extra touch control functionality, but it's hardly an exciting feature when these headphones die during a workout…

  • Some flaws

Punish me with a glutton, but I've had 5 pairs of BackBeat FITs over the years. I've charged *every* pair with the *exactly* same charging cable, but they all fail prematurely because the charging port on the right earbud will disconnect and refuse to charge the device, even though the battery life has been good up to that point. . They *all* failed early on in the same way. In any case. Now for the BackBeat FIT 2100. It's too early to say this connector will fail prematurely, but I *can* tell…

Terrible battery life

Like many others who have written reviews, I used to have a pair of Plantronics and loved them! But when I wore them out and needed to upgrade to the latest model, I didn't hesitate. I honestly didn't read the reviews because the originals were so good. How different can they be? You are terrible! I fully charged it three times - twice overnight and the third time in 24 hours - and the battery was "high" when I started exercising. For 15 minutes a voice told me the battery was low. And within…

Nothing else really matters when the battery life is terrible

I'm not a music lover so a bit of bass and treble is all I really need. But if I can only hear a couple of songs before the voice says "Battery dead" then I'm done. I bought a Bose SoundSport, which costs twice as much and sounds twice as good, but doesn't have all the voice features that Backbeat has, such as: B. answering a call. I charged both headsets to 100%, then played the same number of songs which lasted just under an hour and made 2 phone calls which lasted around five minutes each…

Terrible all round

I had a previous model of these headphones which I liked but unfortunately my dog thought they looked appetizing. I've used them for music at the gym, music or audiobooks at work, and phone calls at home - in other words, I've had them on my head all the time. A full charge of these headphones usually lasts at least a day. To be honest the reviews weren't very good for them but I couldn't find any complaints about it. you replace. Unfortunately, they deserve their bad reviews. First, they don't
