Just rode 5 days in Taos with these gloves. 3 of those days were cold and with a lot of snow. Even when the outside of the gloves was quite damp, my hands were completely dry and warm. I've never had to use a chemical hand warmer. They're fairly bulky, but that's to be expected if you want warmth. I have another pair of Gordini, they are much lighter but not as warm. I also like the elastic band so you can remove the gloves while they're still attached. The best thing about these gloves is the price. The coupon showed up just as I was about to check out and the price dropped to $40. Definitely not serious Gore-Tex gloves at this price point.
