Super disappointed. The shelves themselves are adorable and I love them. However, I really should have read more reviews before attempting to install it. The included wall anchors for mounting without a stand are a joke. I couldn't tighten the shelves because the anchors kept turning. I installed them once with a tiny test tug and pulled everything, dowels and screws, right out of the wall. So now I have two fairly large holes in the wall and an order for a set of matching wall plugs and screws. The included screws are also tapered on the inside of the head so it's never flush. The instructions were rubbish. So now I'm spending money on drywall repairs and new anchors. :/ I like the shelves themselves, but am very disappointed in the equipment and instructions provided. Also, it would now be difficult to offer two options: one with the towel rail installed and one without it? There are no marks or anything to make sure it's level. It is also almost impossible to perform an installation with an electric screwdriver or drill. Not all of us have the grip strength to install without an electric screwdriver.
