NOT suitable for long and thin hair. (My hair is as long as your bra strap, long, thin/thin) When I finished twisting the device into a ponytail and sliding it to my head and tying it in a bun, all my hair fell at the bottom and exposed the device itself, and since it just twists your ponytail, "bun" flips and flops. I've even tried adding texturizers to my hair and I've tried teasing it to give it more volume. To make this work, I REALLY wanted an easy hairstyle for nursing school. There are no dice.
