Update 3: final promise! I contacted a seller from Hugesale Market and they responded the next day to offer support. I give an extra star for the excellent service! Thank you Hugesale Market! Update 2: So the part about the simple remote control is correct. I fixed the problem and a year later the remote still works, hooray! So please don't bother that it doesn't work. The problem was in my TV, but fixable. Excuse me! Update: A little over a year later and it no longer works. I was hoping to contact the seller about matching codes but I don't see it. I've noticed that many remotes list a "one year warranty" probably because they don't last that long. I will write to the seller, maybe it will help. Geeesshhh! It worked right out of the box. It has many buttons but only power, volume, menu buttons work. It filled the need, but only because I was desperate.
