So far so good. I've only used it once but I absolutely love it. Makes great espresso. However, I had a problem setting it up. There was a piece of protective plastic (the blue plastic that always covers the electronics when you buy it) at the bottom of the removable water tank. It wasn't obvious and I couldn't see it. And after 15 minutes of frustration trying to figure out why I couldn't get the damn thing to work, I finally pulled out the water tank, crawled under it (to see if it was wet) and found it. Nowhere in the instructions does it say anything about removing the plastic before use.
