I like these, they do what they were designed to do. However, the way they are shaped make them stick out like big salami nipples which is way worse than your normal nipples being visible. Also, when your leave them on for a long time, I didn't realize how much one's nipples sweat. You'd think that there aren't that many sweat glands there but you'd be surprised! I once left these on for a whole day and I felt a cold droplet drip down my stomach and I realized that they were filled with the sweat of the entire day! I guess that means it is very sturdy and very water proof hahah. Overall works well but not with tops that are more thin material or tight fitting, because then it just makes your boobs shaped weird like you have massive nipples.
