I Love TrueNutrition Sweet Potato Powder! Makes eating sweet potatoes easier. Buying and storing them can be cumbersome. When someone gets sick, that's the worst. Never had this problem with this powder. Very long durability. It's also incredibly easy to include in your macros. The disadvantage of real potatoes is the inconsistent size range. They can be the size of a thumb or the size of a head. Such a pain to weigh and slice them to get exact numbers. With the powder I can easily add exactly the amount of carbohydrates I need. My meal consists of powdered sweet potatoes, some TrueNutrition Pea Protein Isolate, and a scoop of peanut butter! I just add some hot water and I have a hearty and creamy bowl of mashed sweet potatoes that will keep me full for hours. I also dip raw veggies for extra crunch. It can be added to cocktails. It thickens so make sure you have enough liquid or you can easily clog the shaker.
