I noticed some leaks on first use. I figured maybe I wasn't screwing the cap on tight enough, so I emptied the humidifier, refilled it, and made sure to screw everything on as tightly as possible. The next morning I discovered water damage on the ceiling under my bedroom. The humidifier ran out all night. So this cheap humidifier is costing me 100x what it costs when it's damaged.
