I highly recommend the best rolling suitcases

This is my second suitcase I've bought (the first was a different brand and material). I've used it on many different carts (Target, Fred Meyers, Walmart, Ross and a few others) and it does the job perfectly! Closes the seating area and stays in place. I don't use bags or anything like that, but it's handy. I would then give or recommend!
