. I bought two pairs of these shorts (solid navy and solid white) to wear under sundresses. Both met my expectations. I'm 5ft 10", 134lbs and don't have curves. After reading the reviews I went for the medium size which fits just how I like it, not too tight. (Size chart suggests large) The "high waist" falls to an inch below the belly button. The pockets are large and fit comfortably in my Samsung Note in its case. The fabric is the thickest I've seen in sportswear, and even makes white shorts appropriately modest.
