I bought this fisheye to mount a 20mm E-mount pancake lens and my review is about a conversion fisheye lens and a 20mm lens together. YES, I know this converter lens works for 16mm, but I think it's important to share your experience with 20mm so you can make an informed decision. I got a 20mm lens with the Nex-6, so I chose that over the 16mm. With a 20mm lens, this converter lens gives you a 12mm field of view (the same look as a 16mm wide-angle converter). Lens). It's great for 20mm and the quality of the lens is much better than other converters I've seen. However, this combination has several disadvantages: very soft corners, high chromatic aberration, no available profiles to eliminate distortion. For me the amount of aberrations for 20mm is unacceptable. I understand that wide angle lenses are more prone to chromatic aberration, but this has ruined a lot of great images as they are very difficult to remove properly. I'm not sure if these issues are that severe with a 16mm lens, so I can't comment on this lens combo. Although it fits 20mm I suggest you don't put them together. Hope this helps someone out there.
