I like that you can go in at any time, day/night with out having to worry about being late because someone else was first! As well as not needing more than one person there when doing this process, which helps if your work schedule changes during normal business hours (which happens often). Also its nice how they keep track after we leave their office so thats great once our paperwork has been submitted through them by an attorney etc.. Sometimes i wish id be able to see whats going down while im filling everything out but maybe then people would just say "no no dont have my info yet!".
