I'm using this with a Samsung Series 7 tablet (Windows PC) and connecting it to a standard large monitor. Love it. Now I don't need a connector socket/dock port because I just glue things to the side. This means I don't have to put the computer to sleep to remove it from the base. Just pull out the side cords and I'll go anywhere. This works great and is way better than the adapter type (which didn't work for me at all). I also like it because it takes some pressure off the cord and connector.
