I purchased this item for my 9 year old granddaughter who has recently suffered from anxiety from taking asthmatic steroids which cause anxiety if used for too long. I absolutely cannot stress enough how much these little toys have helped her. I didn't think they would help so much. And she wants more of it. She loved every item in this set. If parents doubt the effect of these items, dispel your doubts and help your children by buying something similar for them. I'm still amazed at how therapeutic this anxiety kit was for her, plus it's not even expensive. so I just can't recommend it enough.
