Review on Connecticut Data Systems, Inc. by Rob Rogers

The services are very flexible in terms of what they can provide their customers as far as IT is concerned. They have some great products that were easy to set up when I first got them installed here at work! We've had issues where we need more help from support than others could give us (we're not just talking about techs either). You don't get much service outta CTDS if you want it done right or quick - but then again who does? Give 'em time though because once everything's setup properly your system will be running smooth like silk!! Our main issue was trying to figure things our self without having someone there to guide me through all my questions/concerns/etc.. This saved sooo many headaches down the road since now i know how this stuff works instead of asking around everytime something goes wrong :).
