I tried first baking soda paste and then a spray bottle with equal parts vinegar/water to clean my tiles. At first I wanted to try the natural way, but the baking soda paste was dirty and left marks. It took me a few days to clean it and then let it dry to see the baking soda residue come back. I also used a toothbrush but it just didn't do what I needed and fell apart quickly. It was annoying. I found several reviews from people who used the solution in the picture directly in the syringe on the tile and with a scraper. The dirt came out of the tiles. I use an old solution bottle and another one with clean water. I keep a few labels on during use to wipe everything off. This scrubber did an incredible job cleaning up the solution in the house and is holding up well. I really gave it my all and the mop looks like new. I rinse out the mop after doing some housework just to wash it off. I recommend this 200% to anyone who wants to clean grout. Also buy a vacuum cleaner. You don't need a roommate to use it. I have one, but I pour it straight into the mortar. No need to wait, just spray and rub!
