I use my printers every day. I have a small business that depends on them and I work on 3D printed cosplay armor. At the same time, my printers work almost constantly. This hot end worked fine for a couple of weeks until I checked the pressure and realized my nozzle was clogged. This is not uncommon with FDM printing, so I followed my standard practice of removing the fan shroud and hotend shroud. I found that the filament was pushed through the threads of the heat transfer tube and the hot end was burned. My printer is not working right now until I get a new hotend. Yes, I know I need additional services for my business. This is ridiculous and unacceptable. I will not order this again.
