Review on RanRui by Shane Picot

I had high hopes for RanRui Online Store as a foreign shopper, however my experience was less than stellar. The website was confusing to use, and there were hidden shipping and tax charges when I went to check out. It was difficult to forecast delivery timings due to the sluggish shipping and lack of tracking information. In addition, the products' quality was lacking, with some even arriving broken or of low standard. Calls to customer service were received with uninformed and uncaring responses. As a whole, I did not enjoy my time spent purchasing internationally at RanRui Online Store and would not suggest it to others.
