Terrible Amplifier. I got 4 of these amps because they were trying to fix the hum problem and each amp has the same hum. I removed the amps from the house and tested them on the stands, and no matter what, even with a blue tooth, there's a hum. I have called Kohler many times and they refuse to admit there is a problem. The old amps in the previous unit they made worked much better than this one. They refuse to let me speak to a technician to try to fix my problems and maybe even improve the product. I've been in the AV business for almost 30 years. The customer is very disappointed as he spent a huge amount of money on this system and it doesn't work unless he spends a lot of money on other parts to make it work. I was told several times that they would call me the old amps so they could retest them at Kohler, but they never called me. So this problem remains unsolved. I even went to 2 showrooms near me to see if they do the same and they do. If you pause the music you will hear a slight crackle, sometimes louder than others but it will be. I had to find a way to bypass that amp and let the client control the volume with the DTV. Thank goodness I have a Crestron at home to do this with.
