Oh silly! With "Air" on the heel and a clear cushion on the heel, I thought these shoes were Nike. You are not. I think they are made in China. I like them, I bought black shoes with red trim. Go Bucks! They don't come in a box, they come in a bag. The fingers were crumpled because of this sad packaging. They fit my feet well, but arch support seems almost non-existent. I will wear them to the gym for weightlifting etc and also around town but probably not if a lot of running is expected. I do not run. The only saving grace is the low price, otherwise I would have sent them back. The bottom of the sole is made of very hard rubber or something made of plastic. They are slippery on some surfaces. Haven't had a chance to try them on wet slick concrete yet, but I expect problems.
