this came together with the phone, it came with a filter that allows you to choose from 8 channels to get the best reception. I didn't need it. What I didn't think of was that he wouldn't answer or hang up. I leave the phone on the stand, then I just pick it up or put it back on. It was a complete mistake on my part. It just never crossed my mind. Some other call center phones can be answered and disconnected using the headset. I don't think it does. (unless that's what the filter is for, which I haven't figured out yet. LOL.) I took off a star because the inserts are tiny. really very small. and there are 2 wires in the headset, which are very difficult to install without getting tangled. the metal band on the top of the head also bites a little. a small addition would be great. This is my first install and I expect I have a lot to learn. but for money. good setting. I would recommend if you have small ears.
