Review on 💻 Dell Inspiron 13 7000 Series Laptop - i7348-3286SLV- Intel Core i5, 4GB RAM [Discontinued] by Russ Charmin

I did a lot of research on 2-in-1 laptops before deciding on this one and it performs excellently for the Price. After receiving it in the mail I loved it until I started using it. A few hours later, when I was listening to music through the built-in speakers, I noticed that the sound would flicker on and off and crackle at times. I updated the drivers, disabled some additional OS sound programs, fiddled with the playback settings and finally called Dell tech support. They told me (an hour and a half later) that it was a hardware issue and that I needed a technician on site to physically swap out the speakers (mind you, this is still day one). So that was the first problem. On top of that, the built-in stylus often got stuck in the built-in hole and had to be fumbled to get it out (it's not a very good stylus anyway, so it didn't bother me too much). The second day when I turned it on for use, there was some sort of automatic update preventing me from accessing the desktop screen. After right-clicking the Windows icon and clicking "Desktop," the desktop screen appears with no desktop shortcuts. Clicking anywhere on the screen would take me back to a full screen start menu full of useless apps that I will never use and that I had already uninstalled the day before. I still haven't received notification of the Specialist's arrival, so I've decided to initiate the return process with Amazon.
