Review on 🚿 Polished Chrome Kingston Brass CCK6171 Vintage Shower Combination by Rachel Massine

The shower looks good but I have exactly the same issues as the other two reviews. When you turn on the water, the head flies into the ceiling and even broke our exhaust fan. There should be a plug or something, but the contractor couldn't find it. Also, the hand shower is ridiculously large. I'm 5.6 and have to stretch to get him off the cradle. And there's no way to set it lower. Or that? I am extremely disappointed. UPDATE: I called the company and they told me that the contractor needs to tighten a specific screw that is behind the handheld shower bracket. It seems to have worked, although we haven't started using it yet. I solved the shower head height issue by purchasing a suction cup wall mounted shower bracket which we mounted at the bottom at a reasonable height. I also bought a longer shower cord just to make sure I had enough length. I will raise a star.
