The system is flexible enough to accommodate our needs for multiple facilities with different configurations of assets in each facility. There are many features that we haven't utilized yet such as having separate asset databases where you can pull up data across all your companies at once - this helps when there's an issue or change affecting one site but not another because it shows both sites within my dashboard so I'm always aware if any changes need made immediately! It would also help out immensely during audits/inspections by providing specific details about what was inspected (elements) instead just stating "we reviewed X". Also being able to easily update fields without needing anyone else involved makes things run smoother than other systems which require someone from HR / Finance etc before making updates. We've been using ICMs since its inception back around 2010-2013 timeframe and have never had issues until now due to COVID 19 restrictions regarding access into work areas & physical distancing.
