I didn't read my cat's 2011 microchip.
The product failed to read my 2011 cat chip after several attempts. The door is smaller than most cat doors, but looks good in terms of construction. I'm not sure if there is a difference between English and American microcircuits, but it didn't work out. Not sure why hiding the sensor in the door forces your cats to go inside the enclosure which cats dislike. As with most things I'm sure it would be great if it worked but it didn't work for me so now I have to send it back to England. I hope the shipping cost is less than $20, otherwise I have no money for return.
