3 stars for the stands themselves, 0 stars for the seller's response to issues, rounded down to 1.5 stars for lack of customer support. Ordered these just before the Super Bowl so I could complete my 5.1 Sonos speaker setup by installing these stands to support my rear Play 1s. The stands arrived on time but unfortunately I was one of the unlucky ones with the stands with undrilled ones received upper holes. Check out the other Low Star reviews and you'll see what I mean: the screws you give you can only get halfway into the stand due to poor manufacturing control and under-drilled holes. While struggling with the screws, I accidentally broke one of the tabs holding the brace in place. Instead of returning all the junk, an hour round trip to the hardware store and I had shorter screws that worked. So I was able to complete the build and use them and they look good. But with that tongue broken, this particular speaker isn't as stable as it should be and can be spun around a bit. It's not like I'm going to stand around and twist it for fun, but it has to have a tongue to be totally safe. I have contacted the seller three times in the last few weeks but to no avail. I got a reply asking for a photo of the item I wanted that I sent and now nothing. So. If you are lucky enough to get a package with the posts properly pre-drilled and you don't have to interact with the seller, I think you'll be happy. I still have the original packaging and am considering returning it, although I'm wondering if it's worth the hassle. I will definitely not deal with this seller again in the future.
