It's a pity the seller is much less responsive in relations with customers
I received the second headset on October 15, a month later the kit stopped turning on. I wrote to the non-seller asking for instructions on what to do and I received no response other than for the date of my inquiry and the ordering information for this product shown in bold. DEADLINE FOR RETURNS NOVEMBER. 14. I bought a second headset because the headband of the first set broke off the base. To be fair, both headsets provided the desired sound transmission from the television. Too bad the seller's relationship with customers is much less responsive.
