I like that it helped me streamline my business processes. The system is easy for new users to understand since all of the functions are laid out in an organized manner. It's not very user friendly if you aren't familiar with computers or technology at all. There should be more tutorials available so people can learn how to use this software without needing assistance. My main goal was to keep track of time off and vacation usage throughout our organization. This has made tracking employee information much easier than using paper methods.
