Good product! good for event and party items

The packaging was great, nothing was bent and the item arrived in perfect condition. The instructions could have been a bit better, but we got it right after a few tries. The pompoms are adorable. We remodeled a surprise room for my 11 year old daughter and hung her from the ceiling in her little reading nook. This product is highly recommended!
