Best for arm, hand and finger support

Glad I bought it twice. As for the discrepancy between one size down and two sizes down, I see advantages in both. If you wear it just two sizes down you'll probably be fine, although I suppose it'll be damn comfortable. I ordered a size down because I also wore it in production, but it's still quite snug and I have to take it off during my shift to give my arm a rest. I've had the first one for about two weeks now and it's a bit worn but still strong enough that I didn't even touch the second one I bought.
