In general the product is good and does what it is supposed to. But one of the cuffs is smaller than the other, which causes a lot of discomfort. This also applies to both hands, so it is not a hand size mismatch. It doesn't seem like a big problem, but wearing a tighter cuff is annoying and I have to constantly stretch/remove it to restore blood flow to my forearm. The other cuff ensures perfect compression.

Bought two identical straps, they have slightly different diameters. I wouldn't care but my elbow size is on the border between two sizes, I went with the smaller of the two to be on the safe side. A strap fits snugly in each of my hands and I really like it. The others aren't as comfortable on any arm, and it seems to me that they don't do anything for me. I measured them to be 3/8 inch (circumference) apart which seems to be a critical difference.

Compression bandage was purchased due to a torn biceps tendon. The case arrived in two days as promised and was exactly as advertised. The sizing chart was accurate and the sleeve fit as expected. The cuff relieves the tendon problem and I am completely satisfied with the purchase. I thought the customer service department was excellent as they contacted me two days after receiving the envelope to ask if I was happy with my purchase.

I love this compression sleeve! Well made and comfortable to wear. It's wide enough to fit over the elbow area but not wide enough to get in the way. It helps me a lot in the gym and practically eliminates biceps tendinitis while lifting. A wonderful product that I would definitely recommend. Glad I bought it twice. As for the discrepancy between one size down and two sizes down, I see advantages in both. If you wear it just two sizes down you'll probably be fine, although I suppose it'll be damn comfortable. I wanted my elbows to stay warm and my forearms warm up when doing heavy bench presses or overhead presses.
