This is amazing! After opening the package and checking my order, they felt better than STrong's handcuffs. The feel is great, the fit is perfect, the support makes you want to take your training to the next level. These are definitely worth it! WEAK, I mean STRONG handcuffs were rubbish! After an hour of training, my sweat weakened them and the support was gone. After 3 weeks of training, the flimsy sleeves tore at the seam and they were fried! I asked customer service and they said the best thing they could do is get 10% off my next weak purchase. They last after 2 hours and get denser as you work! With these bad boys on my elbows I finally got past my 395lb incline plateau I've had for months, I put them on and after a warm up I mashed 4 plates for a solid 1 rep.
